Majed Sifri - Chief Executive Officer
(CEO)
Majed is responsible
for overall strategy and execution across the Optimiza network. He holds an
MBA degree in Finance from George Washington University and Juris Doctor
(J.D.) degree from the Washington College of Law at American University.
Majed has over 20 years of extensive experience in the North American
Information Technology and Communications sector during which he founded and
led several companies including CTI Datacom Inc., Applications Technology. (Apptek)
Inc. (sold to L&H) and Redline Communications Inc. (which he took public on
the AiM and Toronto Stock Exchange).
Ghassan Horani -
Chief Technology
Officer (CTO)
Ghassan is responsible for supervising and directing all project management and operations for all the IT solutions delivered by Optimiza including Systems integration, software development, infrastructure services, hardware and licenses. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Leeds University (England) and has over than 30 years of IT experience in establishing and managing IT companies, leading large infrastructure and software implementation projects and providing a vast QA consultancy for a number of IT engagements in the Middle East.
Ghassan previously worked for regional and international companies, assuming senior managerial positions at Accenture, and banks in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Alaa Herzalla -
General Manager - IP
Software
Solutions
Ala’a is managing and
directing all delivery functions for Optimiza Intellectual Properties
(IPs) including developing and implementing the business plan and sales strategy
for Jordan and regional markets through qualifying opportunities, managing
business relationships, leading projects delivery and improving customer
acquisition and retention. Ala’a’s past experience was in CEB and e-Tech Systems
managing in North Africa and the GCC. He holds a Degree in
Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University and has more
than 17 years of experience in the fields of sales and business development.
Ata Nazer -
General Manager - Health care solutions
Ata is leading the
Healthcare business unit and is responsible for managing and directing all
business development and delivery activities for Optimiza Healthcare Offerings.
Ata holds a MBA from Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia and a Bachelor Degree in
Accounting from Strayer University in Washington D.C.. He has worked with
several multi-national and leading companies such as NOVARTIS, Accenture, United
Medical International and Arab Center for Pharmaceutical Industries. He is a
board member in three Jordanian public shareholding companies and has more than
24 years of experience in the fields of management, consultancy, strategy,
business development, financial management and human resources.
Emad Abdulhadi

Infrastructure Solutions and Director of Sales operations
Emad has the overall
responsibility for Profit/Loss and strategic direction of the
infrastructure business including services, hardware and technology licenses
solutions. He has more than 13 years of experience in the
fields of Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Supply Chain
Management, Project Management, and Finance. Prior to joining Optimiza, Emad
worked as the CEO of Posta-Plus, a regional postal and courier company based in
Kuwait. Before that Emad was the Information Systems Manager at ARAMEX head
quarters in Amman with many successful projects in the Middle East, Europe and
the Indian subcontinent. Emad Holds a
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Jordan.
Saif Khouri -
Chief Consulting
Officer (CCO)
Saif has more than 14
years of experience in management consulting & organizational development in the
Middle East. For the past 8 years and in addition to his delivery
responsibilities, Saif was directly involved in building and developing the
management consulting practice at Optimiza. He has diverse experience in
assisting organizations to achieve operational excellence through enhancing
customers’ capabilities. Prior to joining Optimiza, Saif served as a management
consultant at ITC International, a regional business and IT consulting company
based in Dubai, UAE, where he successfully delivered projects in performance
improvement for various industries
Mohammed Abdulrazeq

-Business Solution
Mohammed
is responsible for managing and directing the business solution unit at
Optimiza. He holds Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, and has 15 years of
working experience in the ICT field in the region. His experience covers all
areas of Business Development, IT and Business Consulting, Software Development,
and System Integration.
Mohammed started in the early days with CNS (Digital Systems) in the UAE
and then moved to Jordan in 2000 to join CEB as Oracle Group Manager, and
RealSoft as Managing Partner. Afterward, he moved to Saudi Arabia to work for
EJADA systems as Banking Sales Manager, then Estarta as commercial sector
director for the Middle East.
