      Tracing Numbers: Calls made and received from/to specified telephone numbers (partial or complete) can be traced using PhoneGuard. These calls can be detailed by extension, or in total for departmental accounting. Incoming, outgoing, local, national, international, mobile, and pager calls, as well as frequently dialed numbers are traced, identified and reported

 

      E-Mail Delivery and Notification: PhoneGuard TMS facilitates delivery of reports by e-mail to the concerned departments and/or users, thereby substantially reducing the administrative cost of printing and distribution of reports. Email and SMS notification can also be preset and can be triggered by specific predefined call activity, highlighting any unauthorized communication with a predefined list of telephone numbers

 

      Telephone Usage Budget and Estimation: The amount and budget allocation to departments can be established for specified periods. Top calls listed by cost or duration and calls made under account codes including chargeable hourly fees (if applicable) can be generated for project costing. Estimation of the cost of making a call prior to it being made can also be determined by PhoneGuard

 

      Telephone System Usage Analysis: PhoneGuard TMS provides comprehensive analysis of your telephone activity. Numerical and graphical reports illustrate system traffic and staffing requirements, PABX performance, comparison of extension usage in terms of cost, duration or volume, switchboard performance showing the number of calls handled, calls unanswered, average number of rings prior to calls being answered and many more. PhoneGuard reports telephone activity per employee, extension, department, division, PIN code, trunk line and more

 

      Auto Generation and Distribution of Reports: TMS can be preset to generate any combination of reports at pre-assigned times, intervals, and shifts. PhoneGuard TMS can also be preset to print and/or e-mail any or all reports to a pre-defined list of recipients

 

      Data Interchange and Integration: Call details can be exported and imported in part or in full in multitude of popular formats which include Excel, Word, html and txt. Data formats can also be prepared in customized format for import into your ERP, HR/payroll and/or accounting system. Seamless integration with other systems and application is also possible

 

      Multi-level Password Protection: Access to PhoneGuard TMS is strictly controlled. PhoneGuard TMS is password protected, and system functions are activated according to user login name and password

 

      Maintainability: With PhoneGuard, data is never lost. Through the use of optional equipment and tools, back end and transaction data can be captured and stored even if the database or and network fail
